“ Food here is rich but incredibly good and unique! If you want a hearty burger or fusion flavored meal I'd highly recommend it. They did a Bourbon Fest this year we attended and that was a ton of fun! The food they provided was hors d'ouerves and they were all delectable! They do happy hour all day Monday and from 3-5pm. The location is a really great spot and the patio is lovely in nice weather. The beer they brew is good, I had the Oktoberfest beer and loved it. Go check them out! ”

“ Stumbled upon this place while walking around downtown Ashland. It’s a brewery with the big tanks visible from the bar area - that’s cool! Unlike other breweries, they also have drinks other than just beer or cider. I tried two of the cocktails and both were beautiful and delicious! No detail was spared - mint leaves, dried lemon/lime ring, stemware and ice depending on type of drink. Brunch was great with an amazing DIY Bloody Mary bar. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast: Eggs were garnished with green herbs, potatoes were well seasoned, bacon extra crisp, the butter even came in an individual foil sealed tin. The care, detail, and expense shows they are a small local business who still believes in high quality products and service. The service is stellar! The food was great! The drinks were great! The environment classy! I’d rather spend my time and money here than at some other places (sorry to say, our Brickroom brunch was lukewarm and less impressive- rating based on food, service, and overall experience. Also, Cocoricos was expensive and the food was overrated. The venue was cute but very small and reservations are needed.) No reservations required at Noble Fox and they’re venue is able to accommodate large parties. ”

“ Our food was fresh, hot and delicious, our drinks were balanced and the server, Savannah was wonderful. We started with their Smoked Blue Fries that were topped with a Blue Cheese Sauce (so good). For our entrees I had the Field Salad and Gary had the Oak Street Dip. My salad was fantastic, full of toppings and a great balance of healthy greens not just lettuce. It was a great size, appropriate to being an entree. Gary's sandwich was packed with meat and very flavorful. The drinks were really good including the Rumless Painkiller mocktail that I got. I really appreciate restaurants that put effort into their mocktails. I'm not a soda drinker so it's good to have a great drink without booze when I want it. The menu has great variety and many options for vegans which I was really happy to see because we have many vegan friends that will really appreciate having good options beyond the regular ol' French fries and chips with dip. In addition to being a great place to meet friends or for date night, The Noble Fox is a great option for family dining as well (they have video games and menu options for kids). They will be open 7 days a week, 11am - 11pm starting on Saturday. ”

“ Great Atmosphere, Even Better Food! My wife and I had a fantastic experience at The Noble Fox. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with architecture that really stood out—such a unique and thoughtful space. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were top-notch. We shared a delicious pizza with figs and bleu cheese— also tried the BLT and breaded cheese curds, insta crush an amazing combination of flavors. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! ”
